1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the 777pak online casino and sportsbook platform, accessible at 777pak.org ("the Platform"), operated by 777pak ("the Company", "we", "us"). 3. Account Registration

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one active 777pak account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 777pak reserves the right to close all related accounts and void associated balances where multiple registrations are identified.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777pak login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777pak immediately via the support contact details provided.

3.4 Accurate Information

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 777pak Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. 777pak is not responsible for any exchange rate fees or charges applied by third-party payment providers. Your displayed balance reflects the current PKR value of your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering multiple accounts.

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially motivated scheme using the 777pak Platform.

• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits via your payment provider after wagering activity has occurred.
• Providing false identity documentation during any verification process.

8. Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated without cause at 777pak's discretion, confirmed deposited funds not subject to any wagering requirement will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 777pak support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and confirmed to the registered contact details.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777pak Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and structural design — is the intellectual property of 777pak or its licensed game providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 777pak intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any 777pak content without prior written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777pak's total liability to you for any cause of action arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date of the claim.

777pak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 777pak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777pak does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond 777pak's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 777pak shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.

12. Privacy

13. Amendments

777pak reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
